Recovery Coaching

At New Roots Glynn, our Recovery Coaching services provide one-on-one mentorship to help individuals at any stage of their recovery. Whether you’re just starting out or need ongoing support, our trained recovery coaches are here to guide you through the process with encouragement, compassion, and practical advice.

What is Recovery Coaching?

A Recovery Coach is a trained volunteer who has sustained their own recovery and serves as a mentor to those seeking or maintaining recovery. Coaches work with individuals to remove obstacles, overcome barriers, and build a strengths-based plan for a healthy, sober future.

How Can a Recovery Coach Help You?

Individualized Support

Our coaches work with you to understand your unique challenges and goals, offering guidance tailored to your needs.

Barrier Removal

Whether it’s navigating resources or overcoming emotional hurdles, recovery coaches help remove obstacles that can stand in the way of your progress.

Strength-Based Approach

We focus on what’s working and build from there, giving you the confidence to take the next steps in your recovery journey.

Accountability and Encouragement

Recovery can be tough, but our coaches are here to motivate you, celebrate your wins, and help you stay on track.
